A PDF file renaming tool.
PDF Bulk Rename software can help you rename PDF files in bulk. There are occasions when a bunch of PDF files need to be renamed. If you receive or even create a lot of these files, you will need to organize their storage so that they could be found easily. First thing about organizing is to name the files systematically. For example, as an editor or publisher, you probably receive a lot of PDF documents. All such files could be stored in a systematic manner by naming these by author name + file name (for example). Renaming any reasonable bulk of files manually will be quite painful and error prone. This tool has an easy to use interface. Most users, including complete newbies, will be able to start using it without spending much familiarization time or acquiring any special skills. The crucial part of this utility is the ability to do things in bulk. The batch interface is intuitive, and you are able to collect the files to be processed quickly and easily.
You can import PDF files one by one or add folders of PDFs directly. Removing files from the batch is simply through the right click menu. You can move to rename filename option and click macro. Define the file naming through this macro and the program will take care of the rest. If you need to, this program can not only read Metadata, it can modify the same too. There are no limits to a number of files that can be handled. This is a good tool.
